About Us

A decorative golden lucky cat figurine sitting on a wooden surface next to a white dish with red pattern, filled with fortune cookies, and a patterned carpet in the background.

It’s a tale as classic as lawn bowls itself - born from the 2002 cult flick Crackerjack, starring Mick Molloy. What started in 1944 as a humble bowls club, nearly flattened by commercial development has been saved and revived by the locals who saw something special in those greens. Today, Your Mates BowlsPub reopens its doors as Crackerjack - the Sunshine Coast Hinterland’s fresh take on modern Asian dining and mateship.

Crackerjack’s menu is a little fancy, a lot of flavour, and made for sharing - bold Asian-inspired dishes crafted with the finest ingredients, giving each bite that bit of extra.

Step into the Banquet House, our inviting dining space, where the flavours of Asia meet 80 years of lawn bowls nostalgia for a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. And in true Your Mates spirit, we’ve kept a few pub classics on the menu for the regulars who’ve made this place feel like home for decades.
